Professional Inventories provide an efficient and independent inventory service for Private Landlords and Letting's agents.

Since the launch of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in April 2007 it is now essential that every rented property has a comprehensive inventory and schedule of condition. Without this vital document deposit disputes will be very difficult to settle.

The services that we offer include inventories, schedules of conditions, check in and check out reports as well as periodic property visits.

We are fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and can provide certificates if required.
